Instructions
- Saute onions in 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet until softened.

- Push chicken aside. Add remaining 1 tbsp oil and toast rice for 2 minutes.
- Stir in beans, drained tomatoes, broth, and all spices (garlic powder through paprika).
- Bring to a simmer, cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for 20 minutes until rice is tender.
