Instructions

  1. Sort and rinse the lentils. Soak in lukewarm water for 15 minutes, then drain.
  2. Finely dice the carrot, onion, chili, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion for 3-4 minutes. Add chili, garlic, ginger, and carrot. Stir and reduce heat to low.
