Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness.
  2. In a bowl, combine all dry seasonings (salt, garlic powder, cumin, brown sugar, oregano, chili powder, paprika) and tapioca starch.
