  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • Zest and juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Pat wings dry.
  2. Toss dry wings with potato starch, baking powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Place on parchment-lined sheet. Drizzle with oil. Bake at 425°F for 35-40 mins, flipping halfway.
  4. Simmer honey, lemon juice, zest, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper for 3-5 mins.
  5. Toss hot baked wings in the sauce and serve immediately.
